The Courier Mail publised story on Forte School of Music Franchisor and it's Directors months before Loud Music PTY LTD bought into the Forte School of Music Franchise. The worst thing is Forte School of Music still does not have a correct Disclosure Document to present to current and potential Franchisees.

The Franchise Council of Australia supports Franchisors who Breach the Franchise Code, Phil Ciniglio Breached the Franchise Code on a number of occasions while on the Board of the FCA and Queensland President of the Queensland Chapter of the FCA. This was all at the same time he was CEO of the Scam Franchise Forte School of Music. With the support of the Franchise Council of Australia, Phil Ciniglio was able to continue the Forte School of Muisc SCAM.
