Philip Ciniglio - Forte School of Music Director
Philip Ciniglio who is selling himself as a "Franchise Guru" has be involved in breaches of the Franchise Code of Conduct while he was CEO of Forte School of Music, he was even pretending to be a Director of the Franchise.
