The Franchise Council of Australia supports Franchisors who Breach the Franchise Code, Phil Ciniglio Breached the Franchise Code on a number of occasions while on the Board of the FCA and Queensland President of the Queensland Chapter of the FCA. This was all at the same time he was CEO of the Scam Franchise Forte School of Music. With the support of the Franchise Council of Australia, Phil Ciniglio was able to continue the Forte School of Muisc SCAM.
